Privacy policy and GDPR

Here at Black Swan Film and Video we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to ship out your requested DVD/s to you, enable access to online video/s you have ordered, or contact you in case of any query about your order, eg if an incomplete address has been provided by you. We never release any details provided by our customers to any third party, nor do we send out any marketing emails. Your name, address and email address are stored on our secure office computer and are only available to the staff member processing orders.

We do not receive or store any financial information, such as card numbers, when customers order online. Your transaction is processed securely via Stripe and this data is managed by them.
